Senior UP Journalist Subhash Mishra Passes Away

Lucknow, May 8 (TNA) Tragedy struck the media world in the state capital yet again on Saturday as senior journalist Subhash Mishra passed away after a long but unsuccessful battle with Coronavirus.

The end came in the wee hours at the SGPGI. The affable and soft-spoken Mishra had contracted the infection about two weeks back and had been under treatment ever since them.

An avid footballer, Subhash Mishra was assistant editor with national English daily The Times Of India and had played long innings at the India Today, where his in-depth and incisive political reporting had made him a big name in the media world. Several senior media personalities have mourned his passing away.
