Seven, Including Bride And Groom Killed In Early Morning Road Mishap In Bijnore

Lucknow, November 16 (TNA) At least seven persons were killed in a road mishap in the Bijnore district of Uttar Pradesh in the wee hours of Saturday. The mishap took place when a car rammed into a tempo. The ill-fated vehicle was carrying a marriage party.

Police officials said that the victims were returning from a ‘Nikaah’, a Muslim wedding and that the deceased included the bride and the groom. Police rushed to the scene of the mishap and are trying to clear the road. Bodies have been sent to a medical facility for autopsy.
