Saturn is the lord of the west direction in Vastu Shastra. There are some rules related to Saturn in Vastu Shastra. According to Vastu Shastra, if the main door of the house is opened in the west direction, then negativity increases.

If due to space problems, the main door of the house has to be placed in the west direction, then dense trees should be planted on both sides of the door. Do not keep garbage and dirt on the western side of the house.
