Show Cause Notice Issued To Six Examination Center Administrators After Suspicious Activities During UP Board Exams

Prayagraj, March 4 (TNA) During monitoring of examination centres from the command and control room established at Secondary Education Council Headquarters, Prayagraj, 6 examination centres including Ratan Samaj Inter College, Panwari, Agra, Dhaniram Shakya Inter College, Dholpur Jaswant Nagar, Etawah, DRG Inter College, Dhanipur Kurana, Aligarh, suspicious activities were observed in Adarsh Janata Inter College, Shastri Nagar, Sorawan, Prayagraj, Shri Bal Mukund Adarsh Inter College, Panwari, Agra and Shaheed Udham Singh Memorial Inter College, Phulpur, Prayagraj.

As soon as something fishy was discovered, a 'show cause notice' was issued to the centre administrators. While issuing this, a reply has been sought from them within two days. In case the response is not given within time or a satisfactory response is not received, the schools in question will be debarred (blacklisted).

Regarding the examination centre of Agra district, Maa Chandrawali Ramjilal Inter College, Nagla Bahrawati, Agra, this fact came to light through the state-level supervisor of Agra district, Mukesh Aggarwal, Joint Director of Education, Directorate of Education, Prayagraj and the media that on March 2, the second During the Pali (Intermediate English) examination, a candidate ran away from the examination centre with the answer sheet.

No legal action was taken by the centre administrator against the accused student for running out of the examination centre with the answer sheet and an attempt was made to hide the matter, which reflects his involvement. These types of activities in the school are going to affect the sanctity of the examinations. Therefore, given such activities being conducted in the school, it was decided to debar (black list) Maa Chandrawali Ramjilal Inter College, Nagla Baharavati, Agra. UP Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla has given the order.
