Sunderkand And Hanuman Chalisa Recital In All Uttar Pradesh Prisons On January 22
Lucknow, January 6 (TNA) On January 22, prisoners will recite Hanuman Chalisa in jails of all the districts of Uttar Pradesh. Besides, live telecast of the consecration ceremony of Ramlala in Ayodhya will also be done in the prisons, an official informed.
Uttar Pradesh's Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Prisons and Home Guards, Dharamveer Prajapati, has asked all jail superintendents to make proper arrangements for live telecast of the ceremony, so that the prisoners can watch.
Copies of Sunderkand and Hanuman Chalisa have been sent to jails. The minister said that on the demand of the prisoners, 50-50 copies of Sunderkand and Hanuman Chalisa are also being made available in all the jails.
On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Transport Department has also prepared an action plan that Ram Bhajan will be played in the public address system installed in the buses. Bhajan Kirtan, recitation of Ramayana and Ramcharitmanas, Sunderkand will be organized in temples from 14 January to 24 March.
