Surrender Application Of Mafia Atiq's Sister Ayesha Noori Rejected By Court
Prayagraj, June 6 (TNA) The surrender application of Ayesha Noori, sister of SLAIN mafia Atiq Ahmed, accused in the Umesh Pal murder case, has been rejected by the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate. The court gave this verdict when no advocate was present on behalf of Ayesha Noori for arguments in the case.
A hearing was held in the CJM court on Monday on the surrender application of Ayesha Noori, sister of Mafia Atiq Ahmed, who sheltered Bombay Guddu Muslim, accused in the Umesh Pal murder case. Ayesha Noori had applied before the court for surrender. The court had sought a report from the Dhumanganj police in this regard.
During the last hearing, the hearing was adjourned due to non-submission of the report from the police station. The date of June 5 was fixed for the hearing of this matter. The hearing started in the CJM court at the appointed time on Monday. Ayesha Noori's surrender case file was presented before the court. Even after waiting for a long time, no lawyer appeared before the court to represent Ayesha Noori. After which the court rejected his application.
Ayesha Noori has been accused of conspiracy by the police in the Umesh Pal murder case. Police has already arrested Ayesha's husband Akhlaq. The police had registered a case in connection with providing protection and financial assistance to Guddu Muslim, who carried out the bombings in the Umesh murder case. Since then Ayesha Noori is absconding. The police is also searching for his daughter.
