Testimony Against SP Legislator Vijma Yadav Completed In Court

Prayagraj, Nov 26 (TNA) Testimony of Vivek Swaminath, who investigated the case in the special court of MP/MLA, was recorded ,against 14 colleagues including Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Vijma Yadav from Pratappur in a 21-year-old case. The prosecution has recorded the statements of all the witnesses in the case by now.

The ongoing trial, under the supervision of five judges of the High Court, was expedited and in just eight months, the prosecution completed the examination of all the witnesses. Recorded the statement of the last witness in the special court of MP MLA: In front of the judge of the special court of MP MLA, Dr. Dinesh Chandra Shukla, Assistant District Government Advocate Sushil Vaish recorded the sworn statement of the last 15th witness on behalf of the prosecution.

The investigator told the court that it was only on the instigation of MLA Vijma Yadav that the mob went uncontrollable and attacked the police team with bullets and bombs, in which the policemen were seriously injured. Vijma Yadav was involved in the incident.

On September 21, 2000, seven-year-old Anand ji alias Chhotu, son of Shyam Babu, died in an accident in front of Chowki Sahaso at 2.30 pm. All the people were armed with deadly weapons. Station in-charge Sarai Inayat threw bricks and stones with the intention of killing Kripashankar Dixit and other police officers.
