Triple Murder Rocks Mainpuri, Police Hunting For Assailants

Mainpuri, June 20 (TNA) The Mainpuri district on Monday was jolted by the daylight murder of three persons, which included a woman her father and husband. Family enmity is being attributed to the reason behind the incident. The police is looking for the accused. There is an atmosphere of tension in the village after the incident. The top officials who reached the information have started investigating the matter.

Father-son including a woman were shot dead on Monday in a dispute between members of the same family over a road dispute in Nagla Atiram village of Karhal. After the killings, a large number of police force along with SP Vinod Kumar, ASP Rajesh Kumar reached the spot. The dead bodies were sent for postmortem.

Kayam Singh and Sobran Singh, residents of village Nagla Atiram, belong to the same family. Both houses are nearby. There was a dispute between the two regarding the way out of the house. On Monday, Sobran opened fire on this dispute. In this, Kayam Singh (50), his father Rameshwar Singh (75) and wife Vikesh (27) died on the spot.

Another woman of the family was seriously injured due to the bullet and she has been sent to Medical College Saifai. A large number of police forces have been deployed in view of the tense situation in the village after the triple murder. The police is raiding in search of the murderers.
