Yogi Adityanath Visits Residence Of Wing Commander Prithvi Singh Chauhan In Agra

Agra, December 10 (TNA) Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday visited the residence of Wing Commander Prithvi Singh Chauhan in Saran Nagar, Dayalbagh, Agra and paid floral tributes. Chauhan was the pilot of the ill-fated chopper that crashed in Tamil Nadu, killing 13 including CDS General Bipin Rawat.

The saffron-robed chief minister consoled the parents of the martyred pilot and said that the state government was with them in this hour of grief. He also informed them that the state government will give the next of kin financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh, a government job to a family member and that an institution of the government will be named after Wing Commander Chauhan.
