consultation of the resolutions and decisions of this Parliament, such a document has never been the subject of discussions or resolutions in our August Chamber” he added.

He further said : We question the sincerity of this document and we ask that it be withdrawn from the website of the European Parliament. In addition, the authors apologize for this serious breach.

“The Pan-African Parliament maintains excellent relations with the European Parliament, I refer to the joint declaration of the two Parliaments at the African Union / European Union summit, held in Abidjan (Republic of Côte d'Ivoire) in 2017”, Dang pointed out.

The said declaration stipulated, among other things, he underlined that the two Parliaments should address issues of common interest between the two continents.
